Feeling extra good on his day off, a Baltimore bartender decided to purchase a Diamond Bingo scratch off on his way to run errands. After scratching it, he scanned the ticket five times and had the cashier confirm his ticket because he couldn't believe his eyes. He was the top winner of $30,000. The bartender plans to use the money to pay off debt, make investments and boost his savings.
