We worked with Buddy of Panache for our wedding. Working with him was fantastic from planning to execution. He curated a menu especially for our event, cooked the most delicious food and had a phenomenal staff that made our evening seamless. I am still thinking about the Mexican corn appetizer and pheasant entrée. He was a joy to work with, and would highly recommend him to anyone.

We are so happy with our experience with Panache Fine Catering. Buddy recently catered an anniversary party at our home. In planning for the event, he took the time to get acquainted with us, listen to our ideas, share his knowledge and suggestions, and the result was the best party we could have hoped for. The menu was original, delicious and beautifully presented. Buddy and his assistant managed the evening so smoothy, with care and calm, and an engaging way with our guests. We highly recommend Panache, and hope to work with them again soon.

Our wedding dinner was catered by Panache and couldn't have been lovelier; the food was exceptional, the service was perfectly smooth and unobtrusive, and the entire planning process was easy...and very fun. Buddy listened carefully to all of our input and then seamlessly wove in our vision to what he knew was in season and would work best for the venue and the event. We had an idea of what we wanted and Buddy and his entire team executed it beyond what we could have asked for ourselves. He also is full of wise advice from all of his years of catering about simple ways to ensure that all guests would be happy, regardless of food allergies--we didn't give guests options for their meal, so Buddy had a elegant and thoughtful plan for having alternatives on-hand and ready to go, should anyone prefer vegetarian, fish, etc. or be gluten-free. I couldn't recommend Panache highly enough, not only for the exceptional food but the level of service and the experience of being lucky enough to meet
